Antonio has always wanted to own a restaurant. He has joined a group headed by Italian restaurateur Angelo Molli to reinvent the Prego idea. It's still the comfortable, charming place of old but with dotted-sand marble covering the elongated bar and open kitchen, dark wood accents, eggshell walls with a colorful splash of modern art. It is fresh, fun, and "the place" to enjoy the finest Italian cuisine. Fresh seafood lives in the marble-accented waterfall tanks at the restaurant's entry, and the kitchen sparkles and sizzles under the direction of Mr. Molli.
Antonio is often on the scene and in the first few weeks has played host to Jay Leno, Paris Hilton, Chris O'Donnell, Diego Luna, Virginia Madsen and more.
Antonio invites everyone to come to his Prego home, eat hearty and try the fish.
